Thanks Dad

17 Jan

Have you seen the musical Oklahoma? It is amazing. There is a song called “I cain’t say no”, sang by Ado Annie that goes like this:

I’m jist a girl who cain’t say no,
I’m in a turrible fix
I always say “come on, let’s go”
Jist when I orta say nix!

It’s a great song! While I was home this weekend, I started singing “I’m just a girl who cain’t say no..” In pops my dad with the witty line- “I know, I’ve read your blog”.

Aye, cheers dad.

The family then decided to blast the song full volume, and shout “JUDY! JUDY, IT’S YOUR SONG!!” “Judy’s a girl who cain’t say no”

Yeah, thanks

Happy Birthday J babe!

Monday 10th January 2011 should’ve been my nephew’s 18th, but as you know, he passed away in March. To commerate this day, I’ve decided to get a tattoo on my inner forearm. A very small one, so not to totez ruin my BNTM chances. I’ve decided on a small heart with the letter J in it.

How cute! The letter J runs through my family, and a lot of important people’s name begins with a J. There’s my nephew, 2 of my nieces, my ma, my sister, ME!! and my best pal 4evz. So the letter J has a lot of meaning to me, and this tattoo will be an important one.

BUT!! Just my luck. What does Slappy McSlapperson’s name begin with? J. So everyone is gonna see me with a J in a heart and assume its for him. Everyone is just going to think that I am some crazy ass bunny boiler, who’s gotten too attached to oquickly. (Well, I am, but not to this extent).

So just so everyone knows- the tattoo is for my nephew, not for my lover!!! I might have to get that tattooed belowed it, just so everyone is fully aware.

❤ J is for nephew. ❤ J is NOT for Slappy!!

Where I get it from

This is a video of my mother and I singing “Telephone” by Lady Gaga and Beyonce, with a cameo appearance from my father. It is evident where my musical ability and mental unstability comes from.

6 months on

21 Sep

Today is 6 months to the day that my nephew passed away, aged 17. That sucks ass.

I never got to be reunited with him. He was adopted when he was about…6? and the family just reconnected with him in January. I was due to go up to Aberdeen at the beginning of April to meet him, but sadly he passed away 2 weeks before hand.

I knew we would’ve got on like a house on fire, from what the rest of the family has told me about him. We would’ve been best pals. We were mega tight when we were younger. I remember us pretending to be Power Rangers and playing computer and that. He was great. I miss him.

I miss you babez.

Aye, so I decided to start a wee blog. Lots of new things happening to me at the moment: some are exciting, some are mediocre, and some are pure shite. So here’s a bit of background about me.
